"I've been coached by Sam for about 4 years now and the amount of effort, care and time he put into my programming has been beyond what you expect from your average coach or PT. To put it in perspective when I first started with Sam I was finishing maybe around 10,000th in Australia region in the crossfit opens, this year I am in the top 100 of australia and came second in the Aussie Throwdown advanced division, And to this date I have still yet to sustain an injury from the programming!
